Order Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or place an order by mistake. Here is how our cancellation process works:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order completely free of charge within [12/24] hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse—whichever is earlier.

- To cancel, simply log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Cancel."

- Alternatively, email us immediately at mauryapravesh67@gmail.com with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly from the system. In this case, you can refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver it. Once the package returns to our warehouse, we will initiate your refund.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders:

- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7] business days. 

- Splendx Technologies reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
