This policy explains how Splendax Global Private Limited handles personal and business information for buyers, sellers, suppliers, and visitors using the Splendx marketplace.

1. Information we collect
We collect account, company, billing, GST, shipping, support, RFQ, order, payment status, and catalogue interaction data that you provide or generate while using Splendx. We also collect device, browser, cookie, session, security, and usage data needed to operate the marketplace.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process orders and quotations, issue GST invoices, coordinate shipping and returns, provide support, improve product discovery, prevent fraud, comply with Indian tax and commercial obligations, and send service-related communications.
3. Payments, shipping, and third parties
Payment details are processed by approved payment providers; Splendx does not store full card or banking credentials. We share the minimum required order and contact data with sellers, logistics partners, payment providers, ERP/accounting systems, analytics providers, and legal authorities when required.
5. Retention
We keep account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service. Invoice, order, tax, dispute, and compliance records may be retained for the periods required by applicable Indian law. Non-essential data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, and may withdraw optional consent where processing is consent-based. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal retention requirements apply.
7. Security
We use access controls, transport encryption, operational monitoring, and administrative safeguards to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so report suspected unauthorised access promptly using the contact details below.
