1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Splendx (splendx.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Account Registration
To place orders, submit RFQs, or access seller features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Business accounts must provide valid GSTIN when applicable.
3. Product Listings & Pricing
All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement are final for that transaction.
4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment via Razorpay. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Request for Quotation (RFQ)
RFQ submissions are requests for pricing and do not constitute binding orders. Quotations provided by Splendx are valid for the duration specified in the quote. Acceptance of a quotation creates a binding order subject to these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Splendx, including logos, product images, descriptions, and software, is the property of Splendax Global Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Splendx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
